The DiscLabel NEATO edition is a special retail version of DiscLabel that comes packaged with CD/DVD labels and inserts from Fellowes/NEATO. You can download the NEATO edition here.
Here is a list of the label types that DiscLabel presently supports. We are constantly adding support for more labels. You can update the labels available from the internet. In the Media mode, click on the media list drop down and choose "Edit Media List..." In the window that appears, Press the "Update from Internet" button.
DiscLabel NEATO edition supports only Fellowes/NEATO label types.
For Mac OS X 10.2.5 - 10.3.9, please download DiscLabel 2.4.1.
DiscLabel 3.3.2 and DiscLabel 4.4.2 are still available for download. Both require Mac OS X 10.4 or later.
See our instructions for adding a new label type. Note that you can only add label types to DiscLabel, not DiscLabel NEATO edition.
You can import graphics from a file using the Import Image button from the Edit function. In the Import Image palette, choose "Folder" from the Image Source popup menu. In the popup menu just below that, select "Choose Folder..." then find your image file and click the Open button. The Import Image palette can also import images from iTunes.
You can drag and drop images from other applications directly into DiscLabel's Edit function or into the design preview area of the New Design panel. Just drag the image or its icon into DiscLabel's window and over the editing or preview area. A green '+' should appear next to the dragged item indicating that it will be added to your design, then drop it in.
You can also import graphics from files using the "Import..." command in the File menu in the Edit function.
Important: Before starting, make sure that nothing is selected and the background layer tab is active.
1. Click the Fill color button
2. Select a color
3. Drag the fill color swatch onto the disc surface in the edit area.
Note: a background fill color can only be solid, not a gradient. To make a gradient fill background, just add a circular shape to the background layer and apply any fill to that.
Online serial number lookup is available.
