How do I get my serial numbers?
When you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from our e-commerce provider, eSellerate. You'll then receive an email from SmileOnMyMac with the complete set of serial numbers.
What about upgrades?
As new major versions of the software become available, Productivity Suite owners will be eligible to upgrade at the standard upgrade price. Updates within a major version are free. We reserve the right to alter or change our upgrade policy.
Can I get PDFpenPro instead of PDFpen in the Productivity Suite?
As a Productivity Suite owner, you are eligible to upgrade from PDFpen to PDFpenPro for the standard PDFpenPro upgrade price, which is currently $45. (PDFpenPro has all the functionality of PDFpen, plus the ability to create cross-platform fillable PDF forms.)
